LEAD INTERIOR DESIGNER & PROJECT MANAGER

Lead interior designers must be highly experienced in residential project management; commercial experience is a plus. This candidate must be extremely organized, self-sufficient and possess the ability to lead a project from start to finish. A strong background in furnishings selections, furnishings resources and fabrics is imperative, with the ability to select and create visual design presentations. Must also be extremely proficient in FF&E selections, including but not limited to: tile, flooring, paint, lighting, trim, doors & windows, cabinetry, appliances, plumbing, hardware, etc. The ability to create detailed construction documents through AutoCAD is required.

ASSISTANT DESIGNER

In this role, you will be assisting the Principal and Lead Designers at Etch Design Group. Design responsibilities include but are not limited to: AutoCAD drawings for floor plans, elevations, lighting plans, SketchUp models, paint and wall covering palettes, tile/stone/slab palettes, plumbing and appliance selections, decorative lighting selections, cabinet hardware selections, finish specifications using Microsoft Excel, furnishings presentations and selections, fabric palettes, drapery and shade specifications, furnishings proposals, purchase orders, shadowing at client meetings, and accessory shopping and installations. Polished written and verbal communication skills are imperative. The ability to create detailed construction documents through AutoCAD is also required.
