This modern home is nestled above the creek, with mature trees and floor to ceiling windows. It gives a mountain-modern feel in the heart of Austin. We wanted to lean into the landscape and architecture of this home, while also complimenting the client’s love for health, nature, travel and the mountains.

We included a hunter green, geometrical wallpaper and sheer tree branch drapery with blackout lining to bring a subtle nature touch to the primary suite. Additional interesting features include a custom rolled steel fireplace and a custom Saba Italia sectional with luxe daybed that fits perfectly in the floor to ceiling bay window nook, and looks out over the creek.
